Introducing our New Virtual Queuing System.

The health and safety of our employees, members and community has always and will continue to be our top priority.

We’ve introduced a NEW VIRTUAL QUEUING SYSTEM for in-branch visits at our South Windsor, Main, Riverside, Amherstburg, LaSalle, Tecumseh and Downtown Windsor locations.

When visiting any of these WFCU Credit Union locations, we ask that you please follow these steps:

  • Upon arrival, register from your mobile device using our new virtual queuing system by texting ‘wfcu’ followed by the branch location you are visiting (ex. wfcu Amherstburg) to 226-773-1709 or check-in at the door with a WFCU staff member
    • Members without a mobile device may register by video at the branch door.
  • You’ll be prompted when staff are available to assist you.
  • Upon entering a mask must be worn and hands must be sanitized at one of our touchless hand sanitizing stations.
  • Follow directional signage to maintain social distancing.
  • Make your way to one of our many Member Consultants stationed behind protective plexiglass shields.
  • When your transaction is complete, please exit by following directional signage and be mindful to maintain social distancing.

Our South Windsor, Main, Riverside, Amherstburg, LaSalle, Tecumseh and Downtown Windsor branches are open to walk-in traffic.

WFCU branches that are open to walk-in traffic are open the following hours:

South Windsor, Main, Riverside, Amherstburg, LaSalle and Tecumseh

  • Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Downtown Windsor

  • Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Our Kingsville and Leamington locations are open by appointment only.

WFCU branches that are open by appointment-only are open the following hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Our University location remains closed.

Members are also able to complete all of their banking needs using our alternative ways to bank including our live drive thru branches, live and automated telephone banking, digital banking services and ATM network services.

As we continue to transition to a new normal, we will evaluate our resources and open our other locations when we know we can efficiently operate in a manner that will ensure the safety of our members, staff and community.

WFCU Credit Union is continuing to monitor the situation closely and will update our response on current recommendations from our local Health Unit as well as our Provincial and Federal governments.

Leamington – 318 Erie St. S.
